Mariah has a passion for working with high-performance and goal-oriented clients who take an active role in their health, wellness, preparation, and recovery. She approaches each session based on the client's goals, expectations, needs, & preferences. Mariah has worked with many clients, including professional & competitive athletes (youth through adult), post-surgical & injury patients, CEOs & organizational leaders, and others prioritizing increased mental clarity, performance, ease of movement, and reduced pain & discomfort. Mariah is a lifetime learner and has trained in cupping therapies, kinesiology taping, TMJ & intra-oral work, and is a Medical Massage Practitioner.
Mariah has a strong belief that massage therapy, bodywork, and recovery can play an enhancing role in performance, and she wants to be a part of the journey to achieve your goals.
Mariah graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2017 with an Award for Academic Achievement. Since then she has pursued constant educational opportunities to enhance her clients' experiences and outcomes. She has trained in sports massage, cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, lymphatic drainage, and is a certified Medical Massage Practitioner. She has also completed training in manual therapies to address TMJ issues, including intra-oral work.
She is currently a Licensed Massage Therapist in Connecticut and Massachuettes.

In her time outside the office, Mariah fills her cup with family, sports, volunteering, and the outdoors. She is a mom to 3 busy kids and a wife to an active-duty Navy Submariner. In the Spring, she coaches Softball for Preston Little League. Summer is filled with hiking trails and baseball games. Mariah also developed the Elevate Program focused on developing the non-skills side of sport. You will find her coaching Elevate year-round at Thames Valley Gymnastics.
One of her core beliefs and guiding principals is "from where you take, give". She spends many hours giving back to her communities and organizations that have common goals. In 2021, Mariah was selected as the Fleet Forces Mrs. Sybil Stockdale Ombudsman of the Year for her volunteer service supporting the Families and Crew of the USS Providence.
